The Santos 11A "Classic" is an entry-point commercial citrus juicer for restaurants and bars that need reliable fresh juice without the throughput of a full lever or automatic machine.
A heavy-duty, quiet induction motor drives the reamer, and three interchangeable squeezers cover oranges, lemons, limes and grapefruits on the same base unit. The bowl, grid and squeezer all lift out for cleaning, and a 125mm spout is sized to fill a glass directly under the machine.
