The HK-Redline YXD-8A-3 is a three-tray electric convection oven rated at 3.5 kW, taking standard 600 × 400 mm bakery trays and holding 50 to 300 °C.
Two reversing fans circulate heat in alternating directions so trays bake evenly without rotating them, and the door stops the fans automatically when opened. At 834 × 765 × 500 mm it fits a countertop or stand in a compact kitchen.
Three 600 × 400 mm trays and two reversing fans for even bake. 50 to 300 °C with built-in timer. Auto-stop when the door is opened. Double-glazed forward- and down-opening door and stainless steel construction.
