Hood Type Diswasher Hatton HT-Z1
The Hatton HT-Z1 is a hood type dishwasher engineered for commercial kitchens that need fast, high-volume cleaning. It washes up to 60 racks an hour while using only about 3 litres of water per rack, so throughput goes up without the water bill following it.
The 505 mm entrance width and 420 mm maximum washing height take a wide range of dishware, glassware and kitchen utensils, and the pass-through hood design lets one operator load and unload in a continuous cycle. A 21.5 litre wash tank and 8 litre booster hold wash and rinse temperatures steady through a full service period, making it a good fit for restaurants, hotels and catering operations.
505 mm entrance width and 420 mm maximum washing height. Wash and rinse temperatures of 60-65 °C and 82-90 °C. Three wash cycles of 60, 90 and 120 seconds. Takes standard 500 x 500 x 100 mm racks. Multi-function jet wash system and CE and ISO9001 certified.
